Self-employed business software
Software to run your self-employed business, all in one place
Being self-employed means being your own accounts department, office manager and sales team. 3lanse brings the day-to-day admin together: clients and projects, invoices, expenses and receipts, mileage, tasks and your calendar, in one account on the web and in the 3lanse app.
It started with construction, engineering and technical freelancers and tradespeople, and it works for any self-employed professional who bills clients for their time. On 3lanser Pro, Aidmin, the AI admin assistant built into 3lanse, does much of the typing for you.

Aidmin
The only assistant you need to run your business
Aidmin is your AI administrator, and it grows with you as your business grows. Ask in plain English and it gets things done in your account: it creates clients and projects, prepares and sends invoices, logs days and mileage, applies for jobs, manages your calendar and reminders, scans receipts into your expenses, drafts messages and prepares reports for your accountant. You confirm before anything changes.

Why one place helps
Less retyping, fewer things missed
When your clients, days worked, mileage and expenses live in the same account as your invoices, the invoice is built from what you actually logged. Nothing is billed twice, and nothing is forgotten at the end of the month.
HMRC expects self-employed people to keep records of their income and expenses. Keeping them as you go, rather than rebuilding them from a pile of receipts in January, makes your Self Assessment and your accountant's job quicker.
3lanse is not accounting software: it doesn't file tax returns or connect to your bank, and it doesn't give tax advice. Most members use it alongside an accountant or bookkeeping software.

Questions
Which plan do I need?
3lanser Free covers your profile, CV, documents and job search. 3lanser Plus (£9 a month) adds clients, projects, invoicing, mileage, expenses and tasks. 3lanser Pro (£19 a month) adds Aidmin, receipt scanning and accountant reports. VAT is added where applicable, and you can try the paid plans free for 7 days.
Is 3lanse only for construction?
No. 3lanse started with construction, engineering and technical freelancers and tradespeople, so some tools (such as the PQQ and reverse charge VAT wording) are written for them. Invoicing, expenses, mileage, clients, tasks and Aidmin work for any self-employed professional.
Does 3lanse file my Self Assessment or connect to Making Tax Digital?
No. 3lanse keeps your invoices, expenses and mileage organised and, on Pro, summarises them for your accountant. It doesn't file returns or submit anything to HMRC.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. 3lanse works in any browser and in the 3lanse app, from the same account.
