Something isn't working
Use Report a fault in the app or on the website. It tells us which screen you were on and your app version, so we can fix it faster.
I can't log in
Use Forgot password on the log-in screen. If you signed up with Apple or Google, use the same button again. Still stuck? Email us from the address on your account.
Plans and billing
See plans and pricing. Plans are managed on 3lanse.com and work in the app too.
Aidmin, the AI assistant

Your data and deleting your account
Download your data or delete your account in Settings. See how account deletion works.
Report a member or a post
Use the ··· menu on their profile, chat or Hub post to report or block them. If anyone is in immediate danger, call 999.

Email hello@3lanse.com with "Complaint" in the subject. See section 15 of our terms.
