Can I build my profile from my existing CV?

Yes. Upload a PDF or Word CV and 3lanse reads it and fills in your roles, accreditations, skills and sectors. You check everything before it is saved, and the CV file itself is not stored.

What is the difference between 3lanse Compliant and PQQ Compliant?

3lanse Compliant is an automatic check that your core profile is complete and you have in-date insurance recorded. PQQ Compliant is awarded when a 3lanse reviewer has assessed your prequalification questionnaire and evidence against defined requirements and accepted it. It is shown as a gold badge.

Can I send invoices that comply with the construction VAT reverse charge?

Yes. Invoices support standard, reduced, zero-rated and domestic reverse charge (DRC) VAT treatments, with the correct wording added for you. Check the treatment for each contract with your accountant.

Can businesses message me without being connected?

No. Messaging opens once you and the other member are connected, so you decide who can contact you. Registering interest in a job sends the business a connection request for you.
