What is Aidmin?
Aidmin is the AI administrator built into 3lanse. You ask in plain English, by typing or on your phone, and it works with your own 3lanse account: invoices, clients, projects, jobs, tasks, your calendar, receipts and reports for 3lansers, and candidate searches, applicants and interview invitations for 3seekers.
Which plans include Aidmin?
Aidmin is included with 3lanser Pro (£19 a month) and 3seeker Pro (£49 a month). VAT is added where applicable. 3lansers on Plus can try Pro free for 14 days.
Does Aidmin do things without asking?
No. Aidmin can look things up and prepare work straight away, but anything that changes your records, sends something or contacts another person waits for you to confirm it first.
Can Aidmin see other people's data?
No. Aidmin only works with your own 3lanse account and the public information anyone on 3lanse can see, such as published jobs. It cannot open another member's private records, and every action is checked on our servers against your account and plan.
Can Aidmin help with my career and training?
This is on the way. Aidmin will suggest training that would strengthen your applications for the jobs you want, find training providers and compare insurance plans when your cover is due. These features are marked as coming soon and will be included in Pro when they launch.
Is Aidmin a replacement for my accountant?
No. Aidmin prepares clear monthly and yearly summaries of your invoices, expenses and VAT so your accountant has what they need. It does not give tax, legal or financial advice.
