Is Freelanser really free?
Yes. Freelanser gives you client management, a professional profile and PDF CV, your work status, messaging and group chats, testimonials, requests from companies and the jobs board, with no time limit and no card needed.
What do I get with 3lanser Plus?
Plus adds the 3lanse PQQ (prequalification questionnaire), reviewed by a 3lanse reviewer with written feedback. If it is accepted you show the gold PQQ Compliant badge and are listed first when businesses search your discipline. Plus also adds personalised invoices, pro formas, credit notes and statements with your logo, and unlimited document storage with renewal flags.
Does paying for Plus guarantee the PQQ Compliant badge?
No. Plus pays for the review. The badge is awarded only when your questionnaire and evidence meet the defined requirements. If something is missing, your reviewer tells you what to change so you can resubmit.
What is in 3lanser Pro?
Pro includes everything in Plus and adds the specialist toolkit for your discipline: project management, site management, health and safety, temporary works and quantity surveying tools, plus branded auto reporting such as CVRs, pre-construction and project reports. Tools are added as they launch and are marked as coming soon until then.
What is 3lanse Influencer?
Pro members get a say in what we build next. You can feed into new tools as they are designed and tested, so they fit the way you actually work on site and in the office.
What do hiring companies pay?
3lanse Explore is free: create a company profile, search 3lancers and see their work status, badges and day rates. 3lanse Partner is £49 a month and lets you post unlimited jobs, see full profiles with contact details, message 3lancers and request testimonials. There are never finder's fees or a margin on day rates.
Do you take a cut of day rates or charge finder's fees?
No. 3lanse is funded by memberships. Businesses and 3lancers agree their own terms directly, and 3lanse takes nothing from the rate or the engagement.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. You can move between plans and cancel a paid plan at any time. Your profile and records stay on your account. Prices are shown per month; any VAT due is shown at checkout.
