Contractor management

Contractor management software for the freelancers you hire

Finding a good freelancer is only the start. Then come the bookings, the right to work and prequalification paperwork, the contract, and the invoices at the end of each month.

On 3lanse, 3seekers keep all of it in one place: clients and the roles they need, projects, the 3lansers booked onto them, requests, contracts and the invoices 3lansers send you. 3lanse records it; the money moves between you and the 3lanser, as it always has.

What you can manage

From booking to paid invoice

Clients and projects

Your clients, the roles each one needs, and the projects or sites under them.

Bookings

Offer a 3lanser a booking on a project; they accept or decline, and changes are agreed the same way.

Requests

Ask for Right to Work, PQQ and profile details together, or invite someone by email.

Contracts signed online

Send a contract you have signed; the 3lanser signs or declines, and both get the signed PDF.

Invoices received

Invoices from booked 3lansers arrive in 3lanse. Approve them, query them or record payment.

Dashboard

Stats and a snapshot of each client: who is booked, what is waiting and what is due.

Record only

No money goes through 3lanse

3lanse is not an agency or a payroll service. It doesn't hold or pay money, take a margin on day rates or charge finder's fees. You pay the 3lanser directly, as agreed, and record the payment in 3lanse so they are told.

Bookings need a real working relationship: a connection, or a 3lanser who has shown interest in one of your jobs. 3lansers always choose whether to accept.

Checks such as Right to Work are made by the 3lanse team to help you hire with confidence. They are not government approval, and your business keeps its own legal responsibilities, including any checks the law requires you to make yourself and deciding IR35 status where the off-payroll rules apply.

Questions

Which plan do I need?

Bookings, requests, contracts and received invoices are part of 3seeker Plus (£9 a month) and 3seeker Pro (£49 a month). 3seeker Pro adds Aidmin. VAT is added where applicable. 3seeker Free lets you set up your company page and see how it works.

Does 3lanse pay my freelancers?

No. 3lanse records bookings, contracts and invoices, but no money goes through 3lanse. You pay the 3lanser directly and can record the payment so they are told.

Can I bill my own clients from 3lanse?

Not yet. Freelancer invoice reconciliation and client billing with uplifts are coming soon on 3seeker Pro.

Are the contracts legally reviewed templates?

3lanse provides the online signing and a signed PDF for both sides. Make sure the terms suit your engagement, and take legal advice if you are unsure.
