AI recruitment assistant

An AI recruitment assistant that works from your own jobs and candidates

Recruiting freelancers means searching, shortlisting, chasing replies and arranging interviews, usually on top of a day job. On 3seeker Pro, Aidmin, the AI administration assistant built into 3lanse, takes on that admin from plain-English requests.

It works with your jobs, your applicants and the 3lansers on 3lanse, and nothing is posted, sent or booked until you confirm it.

You stay in control

Every action confirmed by you

Aidmin can search and summarise straight away. Anything that posts a job, sends an invitation or message, books a 3lanser or changes a record is shown to you first and only happens when you confirm.

Candidate searches don't include contact details and leave out people who have blocked you. Aidmin only works with your own 3seeker account and the information available to you on your plan, and every action is checked on 3lanse's servers.

Aidmin helps you decide faster; it doesn't decide for you. Who to engage, and on what terms, is always your call.
