What Aidmin does with your clients

Ask "add my new client, with a project at their main site at £350 a day" and Aidmin prepares the client and project. Ask "who do I need to invoice?" and it lists the clients with unbilled days and mileage. Ask it to invoice a client and it prepares the invoice from what you logged.

Aidmin can also log days and mileage against a project, tell you which invoices are unpaid, mark an invoice paid and add events with that client to your calendar.

Aidmin only works with your own 3lanse account. Anything that creates or changes a record, or sends something to a client, is shown to you first and only happens when you confirm.

Which plan includes client management?

Clients, projects, the work log, mileage and invoicing are part of 3lanser Plus (£9 a month). Aidmin, which manages them for you, is part of 3lanser Pro (£19 a month). VAT is added where applicable, and you can try both free for 7 days.

Is this a CRM?

It is client management built around billing: clients, projects, days, mileage, invoices and statements. It doesn't run sales pipelines or marketing campaigns.

Can Aidmin email my clients?

Aidmin can prepare an invoice and send it to your client by email from 3lanse, but only after you have seen it and confirmed.
